About me

My career is dedicated to people, their questions, their evolution and their positioning.

Since the beginning, my professional career has been focused on interaction with others, whether it be individuals or organisations.

The first 10 years of my career were focused on recruitment and HR consulting, first in consulting firms and then at Credit Suisse working between Geneva and Zurich.

My encounter with coaching dates back to 2006 when I was celebrating my 10th anniversary of being self-employed and I was contemplating what I wanted to do for the next 10 years. The power and strength of the process I benefited from at that time, thanks to the support of a professional coach, made it crystal clear: my mission is to shed light where there is doubt, vagueness and fog.

Since 2007, I have been accompanying individuals and organisations in their pivotal moments in life.

Alongside my day-to-day practice, I am constantly learning about the evolution of the profession and change management practices. The teachings and insights provided by professors from leading universities and training institutes are based on research and tools that I can then share in my practice as resources on which to build and continually enrich my coaching.

My choice to adopt an integrative and interdependent approach to different currents, approaches and techniques carries the voice of the wisdom of polarities. My approach is inclusive and combines and balances everything specific to each person.

Being part of the awareness, adjustments and transformations of individuals delights me every day and reinforces my conviction that, from the moment we are ready to question ourselves, to recognise our strengths and vulnerabilities, nothing is set in stone. Anything can emerge to adjust and facilitate our daily positioning at our best with the light of common humanity.
